94 and 96 2.5

    Are the 2.5 from 94 and 96 legacys the same or will I need to change the wire harness?

    There wasn't a 2.5L motor in '94.



    So, what are you trying to do? Some details would help a lot. Like what motor into what car, etc.

    Yup, 96 was the first year for the 2.5, and the last year (on the DOHC 2.5 n/a) for the hydraulic lifters.

    Well... It was a ej22 it fit ad works now I have something decent to drive while I am fixing my WRX.
