94 intake question

    my buddy has a 94 impreza L FWD, and he wants to do the same conversion i did to an short ram intake. however he has a breather hose going into his airbox. now there are some goffy looking cover sticking out of his intake. can we just take off a cover and stick the breather hose on? any one do this before?

    we a leaving the stock delivery tube but changinthe air box to a washable conical filter.

    any ideas, advice?

    Hey, I finally found this place. Have no idea what the breather hose dealey thing is. Like Mart..Dynapar said, It connects to my stock air box and then travels down to something.

    I'm confused

    Take a look at Fuji's MY99 Impreza L. He did a little modification with his intake. ;)

    Yes I am. It's a fun little, 1.8L, e-brakin',mostly stock scubaru. How's everything? School sux, so much to do, so little time. Martin I'll call you tomarrow about the scooter. We should work on it this wed. if you and spev have time.
