if its the miles/rust: if you know these motors this still has a lot of life in it. all maintenance; oil at 3-5k only mobile 1 0-40 in winter and 15-50 in summer.. the known E36 problems are done(the correct way)
Sub-frame- has M3 reinforcement plates welded into place and powerflex rear subfame bushings and RTABs installed.
window motors- both done and the stocks were drilled out and bolted new in.
shock towers-have reinforcement plates put in when the new kw's were installed,
cooling system- everything cooling is NEW racing water pump t-stat, t-stat housing, hoses, new oe reservoir and aluminum radiator.
the rust can be fixed in a matter of hundreds. but im saving for a house and i am in need of a 4dr at this point in life. i dont want to sell it. i have a lot of money and time into this build. hope it goes to a good home.
