yeah that shot was just for fun. its a bit out of focus but i had to have it parked next to the carts. they were pretty much the same color haha.:laugh:
well i started out in highschool. st. louis park high has a pretty good photo teacher and their arts programs were awesome when i was there. its just something that takes practise and time to mature. kinda like drawing. the more you do it, the better your eye for detail gets. its such a fantasitc hobby. but expensive.
Not bad. The last photo is the best. In the other shots the car isn't quite exposed well enough. The golf cart one is a neat idea as well. Also, I'm always up for doing car shoots. If you wouldn't mind having another photographer with you, just give me a hollar. You know my flickr account, just e-mail me from there.
yeah me too. if you ever need a hand with a shoot. let me know. as long as i can bring my canon with. i know your a nikon dude haha. speaking of flickr, check out my stream. ive uploaded more. it was pretty late in the afternoon. i didnt have much light to work with. the location was great but ive not notice that it would be better for a car with lighter paint. the dark green was a bit reflective. theres sometimes only so much you can do.
I do all my shoots at sunrise and sunset. Well, most of them anyways. That is when the light is the best. I don't mind that you shoot with that Canon crap. I keep an eye on your flickr page as well, you have some good stuff in there.
as soon as it gets rolling again lol.... finally got all the parts in so it will be going back together starting tonight.... hope its driving by the meet on saturday!
