Yep. I'm deciding to make a change. I've been delivering pizzas for davannis for over 4 yrs, and it's just not what I want to do anymore. Plus, I'm going to school, so I don't need the extra stress of driving around south and southeast minneapolis all day with complete idiots that like to stop in the middle of the road, walk in the middle of the road, fail to use turn signals...etc, etc... Anyway, looking for some part-time nights if possible, doing something where I can either study some of the time, or not at all. I just don't need hectic crap anymore. Too much stress on top of going back to school. I have a degree in computer networking, but I haven't used it in over 4yrs. I'm extremely competent and on-time...(98%) of the time could be entry level, whatever. I just need something different. Anyone with any leads or openings, your help is appreciated I'm going to be living in uptown, so somewhere around there would be nice Thanks, - Justin K.
Hah, me too. Know anything about computers, or know someone who does? Quality student workers are hard to find.
Especially during the summer... I think we're gonna have to start hiring grad students or some more fulltimers... Don't you dare take away my computer-literate student workers! I was the biggest slacker student EVAR (never went to class and crammed for every exam for no more than 2-3 hours) with a student work-study job and a regular job and did alright... thank god I didnt fry away ALL of my short term memory:biggrin:
I have plenty of computer knowledge and experience. Well, I worked in computers for about 2 yrs...but that's was 5yrs ago :-/ that doesn't mean I don't know my stuff though either. I am going to MCTC, but tranferring to the U after I get my generals. Don't know if that qualifies Anyway, pm me with more info! Thanks, I appreciate it! - Justin K.
yes, those were the days. man..when my biggest goals for the day were brush teeth, shower maybe, beat 3-5 rounds of tiger on ps2......good times
Pfft, mine get paid to go to sporting events..hah! :eek4:  Help-desk supervisor/server admin for U of M Athletics.
There is good money to be made selling your ass on University during the week. Very little driving (the Johns drive you where you are going to 'work'), very little overhead (just borrow some underwear from your significant other). Plus it is all profit.
