got the drivetrain/suspension/brakes on the front of the loyale put together how I want them, and was loving the new ride height, so I put the bumper, foglights, and grill on, and took a couple pics check out that fender gap: and a pic of my '94 legacy. this one was supposed to be a parts car, got it off ebay with minor front damage and mildly moldy interior. with new radiator support, fenders from my mom's old car, as well as the interior and grill/headlights/turnsignals, and a front bumper from a upull car (the blue bumper skin was pretty torn up). We got her fixed up real nice!! then I went and picked up a few roof rack parts from mlgez (thanks again for letting me borrow that stuff!!), and it looks like this: since it's a touring wagon, there isn't any flat roof that you could mount a rack to, and I don't have the factory crossbars for the rails on it, we ended up mounting the load warrior basket sideways, and putting the bike attachments on top of that. ghetto, but more than functional!
hehe, the loyale looks like it turned into a bench...that new ride height is SICK, quite the opposite of your usual suspension setups! haha
yea, I can't wait I keep telling it I'll clean it off and take it for a wash if/when it starts for me....nothing yet :emo:
What Chux did not mention was all the fun we had with the bike rack lock. It was messed up and would not turn at all so we had to drill it out and put another in it. Lucky me, I still had one from the 6-pack of lock I bought with the rack.
hehe, like me!!!! I don't really consider it junk (well, most of the junk on top of the loyale is...)
