I don't think a shop will gut it out for you
Why not just buy one that has no gut?

yeah, someone on here may help you, but not too many shops will.

As nuke mentioned, get yourself some aftermarket pipes or put up a WTB thread for gutted pipes.

when you need it installed PM me, I'll hook you up

yeah its one thing for you PERSONALLY to gut something.. a 'reputable' shop wont, cause if they get cuaght doing it it is a min of about $10K fine... for you and the shop... even though they dont test it here its still a federal mandated law...

as others have said.. get some aftermarket stuff.. heck ERZ stuff on ebay is cheap and works well

as nate said, but be watchful of buying stuff off EBay. Do some research on the actual brand of the pipes. I've installed some pipes purchased off Ebay for a customer and I will NOT do it again. I don't beleive they were ERZ. The up-pipe was horribly constructed (inside) and the flanges were so far off you'd think it was made by a child.

I wouldn't go to any shop that will gut a cat (any meaning of this phase) for you.
