Ahh yes. I was in that spot just recently for two months. Currently in a paid internship and found out there is a hiring freeze, so unless I find a job again soon (or they decide to hire me), I will be back on the block on 9/26.
WELL, at least no one died or got decapitated. thats my new way to look at my day when I'm getting down on myself.
I'll lay 10-1 they showed up after the manager at the Subway called rather than responding for the improperly made sandwich.
Maybe he was trying to talk in code because the bad guy was around him and if he heard him call the cops, he would've killed everyone! ...maybe
I think this was a best case senerio... no real bad guy, no real crime, ...just a poorly made sandwich, and a and a unarmed guy who had a bad day and wanted his sauce.
But I am still saying, atleast they showed up. MUCH better than any response that I have ever got around here. Russ
You could always lie to get them think your issue is more serious, but then you may get the same treatment this guy did. You know what they say about crying wolf...
