Lets help this guy out! https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!...71541803&set=o.205696692808203&type=1&theater
I'm with Nater on this one. Who gives a damn if you get a million likes on Facebook? It doesn't do anything to help you actually afford the car/puppy/whatever it is that they want. Just go buy the car and be happy with it.
Conversely, you could try my approach the last time I bought a pistol: I decided not to tell my wife that I'd bought it until about a week later when I was sitting in the ER after getting hurt doing some training. I was on some pretty serious painkillers, so I figured if she did hit me, I wasn't going to feel it. If she decided to kill me, the ER staff was right there. I also figured I'd be in there long enough for her to calm down and not decide to kill me after I was out of view of the witnesses. Thankfully, she was pretty understanding about the whole thing (for what it's worth, it was a pretty damn good deal) and now it's one of her favorite pistols to shoot. This approach may not work with all wives. YMMV.
Might have to plan myself a trip to the ER Though we are GLers in our house so the ol 48 hr rule has been used on a few occasions.
That FB page... what a tool. Why do I care if he gets an STI? I mean, if someone gets an STI and joins the forum/community, great... I welcome them. I only "like" FB pages that I actually like. Why am I going to "like" his lame-azz FB page just so he can get a car. Maybe, if I "like" his FB page, I should get a car... Just sayin'. I think the saying is... "It's easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission."
You can get an STI from loose women...why would you PAY for one or need likes? I don't get it. It burns when i pee.
Also, Subaru of America only has 1,222,225 likes, what makes this guy think he is gonna get nearly as many?...
