    Hey guys, these pics were too good not to post them. I work with mortgages and see alot of appraisals, but these pics from a recent appraisal are the greatest I've ever seen.

    If you guys look closely at some of these pics (hint: the stack of books in the "bathroom") you may find some interesting stuff... enjoy

    How do people live like that? I assume he pi$$ed off the garbage co. and they won't pick up his %$#^ anymore or he can't afford to have the garbage picked up. Actually they are probably nesters and can't through stuff away.
    Notice the Bless This House sign buried! :lol:
    Reminds me of a apt. I did a install at years ago.
    Looks like they spend alot of time in the bathroom. ;)

    the basement is the cleanest damn room.. I could even see the floor down there...

    There's plenty of space to place more pop cans in it... so it's not as bad. :p
    I think that house is an example of a foreclosed home. Probably the previous owner of that place did that on purpose so whoever buying that foreclosed house will PAY for moving in. ...and the new owner is the one taking the pictures. :p

    Reminds me of a guy at my old job, his office was a mess, his car barely had room for him to sit in it and drive.

    This is his office, it got even worse than this by the time I left that job.

    Jesus...those are the houses I fear most. The fire load in that place is incredible. If it ever went, the house would be done in 10min tops. Forget an interior attack in that hellhole. You wouldn't even be able to get a hoseline in there to work. I do not envy the clean up crew on that one. Especially the bathroom. How do you let your house get that bad?

    Burning it down would an improvement! Let me know when the day comes. I want to bring some hot dogs and marshmellow. I think clean-up is going to cost more than the house. So burn it DOWN!
