A rod In My block... :(....FOUND MY PISTON!

    After driving for a month after I was stuck in a flood, my engine finally went caposh!!! last night at 9:50 on 94w. I was hydrolocked a few weeks ago through those heavy storms but I change the oil and plugs and drove it fine for while with some slight misfiring...until last night after I had some eggrolls at firestone. This is what Fuji and I did the whole day while we were at U-Pull looking for spare motor for the time being. Check out the motor...check out the "rods in my block" and the huge ass hole it created :lol: ...... :cry: .....a project is coming up 8)

    update: 11-10
    Found my piston...^_^

    Ouch. Now I'm a bit more nervous about my engine making a similar knocking noise to what yours was...

    Well, good luck with the project (H6? :)). If you end up disecting your old motor I'd be interested if you can see any evidence of what actually caused that failure.

    just a little scratch, thats all. you can repair that with some glue. did fuji tow you last night?

    I didn't get to tow..but I still have the tow strap. Who's coming to pick it up? Actually I think it might come in handy for the sunday drive. :)

    should get an EJ22. sure your car would be slower, but it would last forever.

    awsome; blew that thing up good!

    there aren't any good EJ22's at U PULL right now; they all suck :( There's two EJ18's worth pulling.
