Listen. It was cute at first. But lately there has been a rash of people using the report post function as some sort of fun button where they get to say something funny directly to the Moderators. The report post button is to be used to inform the moderation team of posts that are inconsistent with the site rules. Plain and simple. If a post appears to violate the site rules, or if you feel someone is out of control, use the button. If you are simply looking to make funnytime post-y business with the moderators, use a PM. Alot of us don't have time to sit and sift through all the non-issues that get reported. Things lately that do not require a reported post: 1) If a member says they are going to come buy something off you and they forget to show up or don't show up. 2) If someone mistakes you for someone else and says something about the mistaken person as if it was you. 3) If you see a moderator doing his/her mod business in a thread and you want to point out to us that you saw that we were doing our job. 4) If you want to inform readymix that one of his moderator posts was "omg, I lol'd" worthy. As fun as some of that stuff is at times, it isn't really helping things. And I do appreciate people telling me my moderating is funny, just do it via PM -Readymix MNSubaru Moderator
Can I report more than once on a post? Edit: Nevermind, I just reported your post and sent you my questions that way.
I'm curious as to the answers as well. I also reported your post and sent my request for information that way.
I'm tempted to take another round of the "Report Button Juice." Besides it seems to be the quickest way to get BroCo's attention.
I've never clicked a "report post" button...ever. I may try it...unless I would have to "suck all the dicks"...
I'm not seeing enough reported posts in the mod queue. you handraising mouthbreathers need to up your troll level.
