accessport v2 (2006 model) how to read code?

    my brother has the car right now and can't figure out how to read the code it's throwing. Car is going into limp mode (most likely due to it thinking that it's overboosting at altitude) and i want to figure out why, but when he scrolls down it says no codes.

    cel is on- what is the entire process for reading a code? what am i missing trying to explain it to him over the phone?
