I bought a ver1 access port and when i go to download the maps I get a error message ? Does anyone know why this happens?
did they unmarry it from their previous ecu?!?!? will only work on 1 ecu at a time... you either have to find the person who sold it to you or send it in to get reprogrammed... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I connected the green wires to put the car in test mode and did everthing like it said to do in the directions and it still did not work ! So I contacted the person who I bought it from and they said it was unmarried and that they had sent it to cobb!
wow nate, way to freak a guy out!!! Are you talking about downloading the latest maps from the AP forums on the website? If so make sure your AP is sync'd with the map manager
^^I posted too quick. Make sure you have a good battery. also, I've noticed my ap cable needed to be wiggled around when installed on the car otherwise I'd get error messages. also, verify your using the proper maps

What errors are you getting?? At what point in the flashing process are you getting the errors?? Are the errors when you are trying to get a map on the ap, or after that?? Russ
the error is when trying to flash the map onto my ecu at the point when you have to turn the ignition off and back on , then press ok!
