Just had a talk with Andrew Yates. If u don't know him he is the biggest distributor in U.S. of PPG Gear Sets and LSD. Him and his partner Russ are an awesome combo. I have a set of these going into my WRX soon. If anyone is interested in these PPGs Straight 1-4, Straight 1-2, helical 1-4, helical 1-2, or a combonation of either gear sets...I personally have 1-2 straight and 3-4 helical and stock 5th. These are the toughest synchro gears in the market. Not one has blown yet...Will you be the first? hehe... Let me know if anyone is interested, these are just like Cobb AP's not much discount, but as least I have some room to move with them.

well actually seeing as he couldnt be a pilot and he can only fantasize fitting in a restroom on a plane to join the mile high club... he decided to add lambo doors to look like wings and now straight cut whiney gears to sound like a jet engine... you mark my words.. he will have a NW Pilot badge on his shirt soon and one of their caps that he picked up off e-bay when he drives it to Firestone.... you will see :biggrin:

Or even the company the owns them...*hint* they make things FLY even with Bathrooms in the Sky...:biggrin: And who says I don't have a pilot cap, shirt, and badge! Boy, I really want a set of those gears. I should almost try and blow my tranny so the lady would let me get a set!
Yeah I know, but I thnk I could do it fine on my own! I already have a slite grinding in 4th every once in a while
Then u better get a dog box then...hehe Currently there is a guy running 600+AWHP with these PPG straight cuts and supposedly he is pretty rough with it and also no one has reported any issues or breakage with these PPG gears...Maybe 3-4 clutches, but not Gears...
