    Check out what my dad made today.

    I have a hood with loovers and an SPT filter, and guess what the filter lines up right under the hood vents. I don't think this is good.

    Solution:

    Plexiglass heat gun and patience.

    If you want one PM me and we can get one to you in a day or two. Price $20

    BTW no special mounting screws, just reuse stock fasteners.

    Yep its a crack, and we have many more on the vent loovers. Talked to manufacturer (Sieben) they say they have fixed the gel coat process. I think it is Minnesota weather.

    The hood came with the scoop.
