Visualeyes will be releasing a new driving light system that mounts inside the car.

Looks like they put out a lot of light for what they are but using those would be illegal in MN. Aux lights need to be on the front of the car and below a height of 42".

I dont think they would be a problem as long as they are hooked up to your high beams, so that when you shut off the lights these shut off too

Yeah, the ad said that they are set with the highbeams(wirelessly) and also have an auto dim function for oncoming traffic.

They look pretty sweet to me.

You can have lights higher than 42", they just need to be covered on the road.

^ Yeah I was thinking about off-road lights on pickups. I doubt they could really tell unless it was on.

You can have anything you want on your car for off-road use. My post was direct at on road. Lighting has to be mounted on the front of the car and no higher the 42 inches for use on public roads.

How about if they are obstructing clear view? I don't know about here, but there is a law in Virginia against having anything hanging from your rear-view mirror. People would get pulled over for having an air freshner hanging, this thing looks much larger than that. I know I wouldn't want it there blocking my view trying to turn right.
