Alright, I've got the factory Subwoofer/ Amplifier Kit mounted under the front seat, this subwoofer/ amplifier adds 120 watts of superior bass sound reproduction to your standard stereo system.
Is there en1 that has tapped into the wires and added an extra amp to it?
Cause I would like to install my subs and amp and would like to know if there's a way to incorporate all the same wires without any mess.

Yes, you can hook up your new amp's wires to the old amp's wiring harness, but you need to pull out the voltmeter and find out which wires are what. And, you'll still be needing to add at least two extra wires (positive and negative) to your new amp as long as it will run mono not stereo, then it's four extra wires. What I did with mine was run it in stereo and hook both positives up to one wire and both grounds to one. I only hooked up the postives and just ran the ground to, well, a chassis ground.

how much Voltage amps do a 750 watt amp take to power everything up? It kind of sounds like I'm going to have to splice the factory wires en way after I find out what wire is what. By the way what and where can I get a good car battery?

 Didn't know only 750 watts was 57 amps. Kind of a surprise, didn't think it would be so much.

57.69..Thanks, I only ask cause I was asking myself if I should do the installation cause that might cause my car to stall and not start with high miles and all. Wtih winter coming I don't think this is a very good idea. I'll need a better battery and possibly an alternator.

    thanks guys
