We are in the final stages of getting this LGT on the road again. After dropping a valve, the owner decided on adding a bit of power instead of rebuilding the 2.5L. We are doing a JDM EJ20g from a 96 WRX. It has the TD05, and chipped z4 ecu (for those "in-the-know"). He is adding a walbro fp, hallmann boost controller, AEM electronic boost gauge, AEM Wideband, and a few other goodies. Should be a very fun street car! This will open another chapter to the Subaru community and the area. Should be a good time when completed! Jason Christopherson Store Manager Tintmasters
its an absolute must. im starting a wingless legacy mafia. lunch tables on fast cars just dont add up.
but hte one in this thread may be FAST... how does it help yours ??? not mention ANY ACTUAL FAST RACE car uses a decent size wing for stability and downforce.. so it is a MUST.. end of off topic posts...

they both have yellow powersteering fluid caps so it has to be. however, seriously. it probably is.
They are available from many shops across the country. This one came from JHOT, as well as my swap (well, it originated from JHOT, then was purchased by a guy on here, and then sold to me....about a year ago) I will post pictures, Dan won't mind, as he is changing it all anyways. It certainly isn't, I posted that motor swap up about a year ago, that I put in my 1998 Red RS.
Here is some JDM goodness..... Boost controller: :laugh::laugh: Bypass Valve modded to vent to atmosphere::laugh::laugh::laugh: 1998 Brilliant Red 2.0RS (has motor that was for sale on here a year or so ago, 10,000 miles, 9 months installed, and zero issues:
