Last summer, at least by the end of the summer, there was a pretty regular meet up at Boom Island Park, on Tuesdays, if I recall.

for the most part they start usually a around 7-730 ish. I havent seen any kids. Sometimes I show up a little earlier since I do work earlier.
Sometimes, usually mid-late evening. I sometimes take my minion but not very often. Could change that if more kids start showing up.
Not many people do, but the nice thing about Boom Island (and other places we've met) has lots of space for kids to play.
Yup. I used to like Calhoun for the minion because of the lake. But now I'm not comfortable letting him out of my sight or more than 50 yards or so from me. I won't be taking him if it goes back to Calhoun this year. I think he'd like Boom Island.
I have brought my four legged furry kids before but they were a pain in my ass and They wouldn't let me stand and talk about cars haha. Like others said, boom island is family friendly. I think there might even be a playground there IIRC.
