My 2.5I has been in the shop for the past week. It has 5000 miles, and it just decided to throw a code that NOBODY could figure out what it meant. They have the code but dont know what it means, and yes, its a the dealership with this issue. not only do they not know what the code means, but they are planning on keeping my car till they do figure it out. Has anyone else even heard of anything like this happening? I dont mind the tribeca they gave me, but I'd rather have my 2.5 back!
they wont tell me what the code is. everytime I asked, all they ever said was that they still dont know what it means. As for it running, it runs fine. I brought it in there becouse its new and I figured the code was a bi-product from our wonderful weather. I wasnt expecting to bring it in there and leave with a rental, let alone for over a week. Oh, and I'm definatly enjoying the tribeca.:naughty:
heres an update...........They finally called me back to give me an update on my car (yeah, they STILL have it!). They were still undeterrmined on exactly what is was, but they think it is relating to an O2 sensor.:roll:
