Any techs?

I was just wondering if there is anyone else on here that's currently a tech at a Subaru dealer. I can never seem to find any others online.

 

There are quite a few of us here at Morries in Minnetonka. Sales, Parts, and Service.

Nice! From some of the research I've done, it seems like Subaru puts the smack down on techs gathering online in Facebook groups or other forums and such. It's kinda weird.

 

Fight club?

 

Dealer management is generally the ones that freak, because they think (correctly) that we talk about their shortcomings. In Toyota land, we got the green light from corporate for our FB group with the ideal that diagnostic thought sharing is worth more than the shortcut sharing that will inevitably happen. Unfortunately, it's just a bunch of lazies and nubs wanting an easy way out in my opinion.

Any Morrie's Subaru techs who feel inspired, give Watt just a little extra crap for his bros at RLT <3

 

...And I'm sure they think if you're doing tech support on forums, that's taking money out of their pockets.

 

2 of your parts guys are on here.....although I'm far more active than the other.

 

So who are YOU? Ha!

 

So ultimately, are you trying to network with other techs or is there a great question?
