anybody have spare tire parts f/s

    I have 17" rims on my car and I DON'T have the factory wheels and tires. I also don't have a spare tire, and I'm missing the rod that holds down the spare tire. Anybody have or know where to get a 17" spare tire and or the rod that holds the spare down?
