Just wondering who else is stuck at work today... I was going to do a co worker's breaks in the warehouse and then go home, but his daughter needed the car to go shopping. That was the only reason why I even bothered to come in. I plan on getting absolutely NO work done before I leave early. Everyone is at the mall, not on the phone buying acoustical panels - I'm bored. Maybe I'll take a nap on my couch.
that's sucks... Rick (silver03) and I are working today....we're rippin a 383 stroker out of a car today. we're in the middle of a swap. It's the good kind of work:biggrin:
HERE untill 4:30.... and it is very slow.... better than shopping though.. my goal is to drop enough hints on my family and guilt trip them to get me a 18g tdo5, and full exhaust for christmas, I'll buy the fuel pump and ebay top mount myself.... I dreaming. I wanna go home and sleep. and digest. and eat. gawd 4:30 is so far away.
Out of 600 employees, I think their are 15 of us here. I never get front row parking when I roll in late! But I am choosing to be here and catch up since no one will bother me. Maybe I should actually start doing something...
Cocoran (sp) by maple grove. a friend of ours has a huge pole barn with heated floors and all the tools that any mechanic would ever want. we've been going up there during our time off for the past couple weeks for this swap. motor and rear end from one car to another. he also has a paint booth....he's a very lucky man. everyone at work...good luck to you
i'm at the target corp office doing password resets most of the day... at least it's slow ... so I can't be that bitter. I was supposed to be at the MOA painting shirts today.. but target said "you MUST be here or DEATH!"
I just got here, boss let me come in late, because I played a show last night. now I have like three installs, but sould be slow.
I have to work til 530 this sucks! the phone isn't even ringing, at least if it's busy my day would go faster.
I work in the IT tech department (((the target corp in Bc not mpls))... right now they have me resetting lan passwords. have us trained on lan / host / phones... but all we're doing is the lan stuff. well guys, traffic just sent me off for the day. so we'll catch you soon!
yes, I are also stuck at work. but when am I not? we get ONE more paid holiday and that's xmas. I gotta work on xmas eve and new years.
me too.... whats up with that, did people get these days off before? in europe they get weeks--- no months of vacation. and here, one week and what.. like 7 holidays?
I am at the Target.com office today...no one here to bug me and I'm getting a lot done. Leaving in a few hours.
target is notorious for that. don't you guys have to work on new years day too? my ex works for their network support - he had to work the stupidest days.
theoretically any day the stores are open someone is here. Have vacation days, but saving up vacation for something fun...and I don't consider shopping fun

IT'S ONLY 2:45..... I'm going nuts.... all my vendors are closed and this place is quite like a library. Creeping me out.
