Anyone Good with Photoshop?

    I made this with windows paint and I wanted to know if anyone would know how to just cut out the image without the rest of the white? I know it cant be too hard but I cant figure it out for the life of me. If someone could cut it out quick or let me know how to do it in paint that would be greatful!

    and you can do that in paint.. just drag the white so white to more
