Jordan ordered an accessport from me (10/19/07), i delivered it to grimmspeed as he requested (proof of delivery 1z117r7r0342873437 ups.com) and then today i receive a chargeback notification claiming he never received the item. This is complete bs. anyone have a way to contact this thief?

Well since Justin was involved, perhaps he will have some info on this kid.

 

nah just isn't really involved, it was just shipped to his place. Justin knows the kid received it...the kid owes justin money too. I figured i'd just ask if anyone knew anything (maybe he had some friends here)

again...grimmspeed has nothing to do with this..great people...its just the address of delivery.

its always discouraging getting charged back for delivering items promptly...im the type of guy, you order something...its in the mail...tracking sent. done

this month i had a guy "accidentally" charge back $3655!!! thats alot...claiming his wife cancelled the credit card..hmm...well hes been a long time customer and he's working to make it right, so i believe him. i also can forward the emails to the cc company (all of which i delivered promptly with tracking) and its why you dont read horror stories about me. customer claimed "never received" lol. 7 tracking #'s put that to bed.

so to be out $4284 of my own $ in 2 weeks...thats a LOT of money, i dont care who you are. its the bad side of being legitimate and operating at a lower percentage.
