looking at getting a pair for my corvette... would love someone's first hand account of these seats!

My purpose is mainly for drag racing and road racing. i already have a 5 pt harness so that will fit in perfectly!

    Thanks!

The sparco is a better built seat. Corbeau's serve their purpose, but are not very well built. I've had mine for almost a year and one side bolster already has a hole worn through the fabric.

Find someone with the seat that you want, sit in it, preferably mounted in the type of car you are going to put it in, then make your decision.

If you're over 180 lbs, you may want to look at the Evo2 seats.

well, actually the seat i have a line on buying is one Sparco Evo and one Evo 2. they are covered in custom leather red and black side bolstering with black suede center. The guy is asking 700, so i'll prolly pounce on it.

I had a deal on the A4, but the guy sold it out from under me...

Carl: i actually saw yours, but its blue... doesn't match anything in my car... sorry bud!

GHG Dave (scooby02) has a Sparco Evo driver's seat and Evo2 passenger's seat. You could talk to him.

I can't comfortably fit in the Evo, but the Evo2 seat is perfect for me (5'10" 195lbs, 35" waist).

    Try these guys too:

They're local. More info in the "shops" section.

I have a pair of Evo2+ seats here at my house. You are welcome to sit in one outside of the car. I have them just kinda piled up in the basement.
