I've got my set coming from CVRMotorsports (608.00 shipped) and I was wondering if anyone on here had done a set so I could get some feedback from someone local on the install. I'll most likely be doing it this coming Saturday and throwing in my SPT Pinks and 04+ Tophats (I got the 04+ inserts so I don't need to do the washer mod). I'll be doing it at the shop so I'll have access to a lift and all the tools I can shake a stick at, as well as various cutting tools (sawzall, cutoff wheel, hacksaw, pipe cutter). Any recommendations? Any tips/advice? Thanks in advance :)

I was going to ask where you got them, but you listed it and the price already. Sweet.

Not sure if I want to go with these or the KYB AGX's. Can get the KYB's for $150-200 cheaper. But most people seem to favor the Koni's over the KYB's. Hmmm...

I was going to go the AGX route, but found out that you end up losing about .5 deg of camber per corner as they're not really meant for the wagon, they're just the closest AGX set that will work. Also, for the springs I was planning on using (SPT Wagon specific springs) I had read they weren't the best matched for the spring rates. The Konis are infinitley adjustable, they just require a bit more work to install them. What springs are you planning on running?

I've got the prodrives on now. Not sure what the better match would be. Haven't read up on that aspect.

But the stock struts/shocks are basically shot right now. Just holding off on buying untill spring if I can.

Yeah, same here. I'd like to see what's involved with the butchering of the stockers.

I'm just waiting for confirmation that the inserts will be here by Friday, if they are I'll be showing up at BP around 8ish Saturday morning to start, not sure how long it'll take as I'm thinking about doing the Legacy rear bracket conversion as long as I'm in there. So if you guys want to show up you're more than welcome to :) PM me if you need directions bummpy.

Awww crap. Sat won't work for me as I'm required to wear one of those penguin suits and watch my buddy get hitched.

Good luck and let me know how it goes!

I'm shocked. If you consider yourself his friend you should be doing everything you can to get him into Witness Protection and rescuing him from walking the plank. And on top of that you're missing an install? What is my world coming to???

    ;)

No, I just got the notfication today that they are getting sent out today. Wonderful. I only placed the order last Saturday after being told they were in stock. I'll let you know when the install will be, it probably won't be happening next weekend.
