i dont. but my friend ive been noticing a growing number of people i know that train in mma. im happy to know that they are my friends and not my foes. i would hate to take a knee to the face from one of them.

yeah just let me know before hand and ill set it up.. They have a str and conditioning group and caveman which is the most intense workout youll do.
my brother was doing BJJ back when he lived in taiwan. Most of the stuff in the vid is basic plyo but I like the idea of a structured forced march through it. The form on that guy's power cleans is pretty sketchy - makes my lower back hurt just watching. Cool alternative gym.
there are clients in some of the vids, so their form might not be dead on. However, the vids dont give credit to the actual workouts, my advice is to just check it out and see what you think.
