what do you mean by "the tip was shaved off?" Are you talking about the vacuum nipple? Will this work for a '04 wrx? Will you take $75.00 for it? Thanks.
let me take a better pics of the shaving, no not the nipple, but i guess the reason was because the 00 model's hood was rubbing against the blow off valve so kickin81 who was the previous owner shaved a little bit of the tip off still works...and im not selling it because its defected i just want a louder swoosh when my turbo kicks....also i have a 02-03wrx motor, correction did i say FMIC earlier? the blow off valve was attatch on my APS TMIC

it has the washers, plate, silver, but i dont have the recirc hose plug. u can use many diff things for that from your local ace or true value hardware. i am in apple valley. I will ship it to you if you need for free

i can meet CBR04WRX sometime tonite if you like! It works perfect! i just took it apart 3 weeks ago and cleaned and re-oiled everything with the proper lube! Tim
