anyone knows how to change clutch on a ford probe?

    well..my brother'n'law's ford probe is a V6..and manual..so he needs a new clutch...anyone knows how to? i know its basically same as honda..etc...for the front wheel drive..but haven't done axle for front wheel drive before..so...anyone?

    Same as any other car. Either slide the tranny back enough, or pull the tranny, or pull the engine.

    good luck, man i had two ford probes in my day. The clutch job is not the easiest job for the average joe. The engine is traversly mounted and the tranny sits on the drivers side of the motor. Not much space to work in there. I would recommend you check out www.mnpoc.org and ask some of the guys on there they are super cool, and know quite abit of stuff.
