It was me. I don't have much time to type right now, but... I was giving four of my roomates a ride home from Grandmas Saloon. Driving on the way back in the tunnels I switched from the right lane to the left, going about 55-60, and my left front tire blew out. I all happened really fast, but since I was already moving left It shot me too the left too quick to react almost. Hit the left side, and shot over into the right side... Everyone is ok, my car is probably toast. Thats all for now...
Thanks for all the support guys! Chux, it's probably ok, but I don't know if I can take it off and keep it....? This is like one huge nightmare for me right now. I fallen in love with two cars this year, and they've both totalled themselves.. I don't think nice cars like me. I'll post updates on the situation for anyone interested.

A blown front tire is bad....it's hard to control. ^^^ Lue's front went and he almost spun too! I've get VID of his blown front, I'll post later!
Tell me about it... I've had flat tires before and never had an issue, but the sucker just blew on me as I was switching lanes. I had about enough time to say "F*CK," barely start turning the wheel to the right, and brace for impact before I slammed into the wall nose first. RallyImp05- The shop was able to repair the tire, they did so to make it easier to roll the car around... They said it was a pretty big gash, caused by some chunk of sharp metal but they were able to fix it ok. The rims surprisingly are fine, if you had something to swap on there I'd sell you them for cheap.. As for an update, my insurence company is taking their sweet time and ****ing around on me... They haven't come to take a look at it yet, which is a bitch because people are having to cart me around in the meantime. It sounds like the car is totalled, but since the hood is so crunched it's hard to look under there and see if the engine bay is all messed up or if it's just the plastic/aluminum body parts that crumpled like they were supposed to. It's quite a sight to see, I'll try and post some pics here soon. There has to be about $15k in damage to total it, which to me seems would go a long way if it was just the front end and a few minor engine things.. Either way, this is the 2nd huge claim i'll have this year and it sounds like they'll put me on high risk insurence or drop me. So if the car is totalled, I can't see any way I can afford nearly as nice of a car coupled with the super high insurence rates.. :emo: If it wasn't totalled I could keep it because I have it paid off until late next year, so i'm crossing my fingers. This is a very depressing time for me... I don't see why I deserve this just for doing the right thing, giving drunk roomies a ride. At least everyone was ok, and when you look at the car you'd never think it. +1 for subie safety. I'll try and post those pics, and keep updates posted.. Thanks everyone
not interested in the rims, maybe the sways if they would fit(and do you have strut tower bars?). but first find out if its for sure totaled... i hope not. that thing was beautiful.
sways wont fit they're the same as a wrx, unless you wanna re-do the whole rear end of your car and i might be interested in rims...possibly swap tires over though...how much were you thinking???
