Does it play Super Mario Brothers on it, too? J/K.
It's pretty neat. I wonder what revisons they made to their maps with this 2.0 version in comparison to the previous version.

I think Cobb must have just changed their website. I was there yesterday and today it is very different. I see a photo of the new AP on the front page too.

Launch control in a MT car? Uhhhh.... I think that's called traction control.

I can't imagine being able to add traction control to a WRX just by reflashing the ECU. Isn't the ABS independent from the ECU?

^ I think launch control in this context is referring to having the ecu hold (or bounce) revs so you can build boost off the line.

Also, I remember reading that they would not be offering discounts like they did for the last streettuner software upgrade. It would be nice tho.

Wow, lots of new functionality too. The ad doesn't mention it, but it has USB interface to your computer as well.

    On NASIOC from RallySport Direct
"11/3/2006 UPDATE Launch Control will be a option on a real time map. This is scheduled to release when the new AccessPorts launch. Anti lag will follow soon there after. There isn't a offical realease date from cobb with the anti-lag maps, but the Pro-Tuners will have the ability to create these maps for everyone.

Current Pro-Tuned Maps will need to be converted by the shop who did the origional Pro-Tune for the veichle. The Current V1.0 Accessport ProTuned Maps will not work on the New V2.0 Accessports.

Auotmatic Updating - The Accessports will try to update to Cobb's Servers every time they are mated with the Computer that you are using, to AUTOMATICALLY download updates, and revisions. As time progresses, and more items are unlocked, the Accessport will constantly stay up to date with the latest software and information. Very similar to how a IPOD works."

OK venders I want one. Who can get me one when they release. Sounds like the lists are getting very deep.
