    Used Apexi GT Exhaust, NO MN winters, my car is always stored in the winter, I got the exhaust from a guy in CA that swapped me for my old SPT exhaust. There are some small dents and scratches, otherwise in "good" shape. I also have the silencer/insert if need, just have to grab it from the rents house.

    What is the volume of this piece? Obviously louder than stock, but reasonable? I currently have a COBB TBE that is on the loose. The CB needs replacing (quick)...

    It's a race exhaust, so I assume it's pretty loud... Is the pipe a 3" or larger? It needs to mate up with a COBB DP.

    i think the only ones that'll mate is the cobb catback and oem and spt...

    I believe he is correct, and it was loud, in a good way. It is a 3" and fantastic. You can get an adaptor to make stuff mesh for $30-ish. I actually traded my Cobb for a GT spec. What is the deal with your Cobb catback?

    I have the full Cobb TBE. It has been great, but at the end of last season it started getting really loud and then all of a sudden it got a ridiculous rattle that you can hear from blocks away. The obnoxiousness is only between 2-3k , but that is the majority of my driving (stop and go). I have toyed with the idea of taking it off and putting it on someone else's ride to verify the CB is the issue and not something else (heat shield, etc). I have also thought about cutting it open, taking out whatever is rattling and then welding it closed again. I like(d) my Cobb, but am open to other options. I have two little ones so I don't want something too loud, like my old APS 3.5".

    So just to clarify, the Cobb DP will mate up to this?

    Yes the pipe gets bigger as it heads towards the back of the car, the mid pipe will mate up to a stock dp so I would imagine that it would work with any dp, I was using it on a helix dp.
