    Used Apexi Power FC with Commander and NEW data Link Cable Commander Pro. The cable comes with a certificate to download the program from Apexi. The certificate has never been used or the website has never accessed. Was used in a 92 Legacy with a JDM EJ20G swap. If you are looking at this, you know what it does.
