roof rack deletes to save my ears from being torn off above 62mph (yes not 63)
dangling front bumper again due to my car getting airborn on 169s again
completely stipped interior, but i got floor mats so its still ok for the ladies

oh yeah, and it has a bunch of decals and crap


Best feature of my car: How many other 2 seater wagons that get air borne and burn rubber are there?!

and yes, it does its job as a wagon and hauls ALL of my parts. and i know, old pics.

for me it came down to rexwagon cause it's so damn sexy, then i took a look at bill's winter pic and reminded me why i liked subarus in the first place...rally. i just couldn't say no to that

hey rexwagon, you still have the stock transmission in that thing!?..and what are your numbers, do you know?

 

Yep still running stock tranny. I am not exactly sure what the numbers are on this from when it was detuned a little bit, but it should be around 265 at the wheels I think. Right now I am only running at 15 psi. I guess when I raced a 350z and an 06 wrx TR I smoked both of them if that helps? It used to be tuned for around 300 awhp but was detuned a bit but this summer I am hoping to get it back up there. I am running an Exedy hyper single stage 3 clutch.

I bought it a few years back from a guy with the turbo setup on it. He had done some power upgrades, Since then I have done all the rest of the upgrades including clutch. he was an older guy and used it for his daily driver, so he tuned it down a bit. Not sure why, but since I bought a few years ago Ive been happy with it but now I need more power. I am not too worried about the tranny, It seems to hold fine. I think this summer I am going to get it bumped up to about 19 psi. I Feel its all in how you drive it. I do autox but when i shift from 1st to 2nd I dont slam the gear usually so that helps.

 

gotcha. yeah that thing should be a monster at 19-21psi. i do love your car....

 

Thanks, Yeah it seems to be a bit of a monster now, It feels that way anyways. at 15psi she pulls really good.

 

haah, I'll be sure to tell jack about that one:laugh: I live in the same town that rexwagon's current car used to reside and know the previous owner, pretty cool guy and loves his boosted vehicles. Also made me want a psm wagon of my own, which I have now:biggrin:
