I'm totally stuck and dumbfounded. Whenever I take a shower (so far they've been warm only), the shower curtain lifts off of it's hanging position and reaches out and touches/sticks to my body. Anyone know why this happens? What scientific dynamics create a suction in the bathtub that allows this supernatural thing to happen? :ugh: It irritates me.
Hot air rises from the shower and out the top. This sucks in cooler air from the bottom pulling in the curtain. At least that is what I have always thought about that issue. Makes sense to me.
They make curtain with weights in the bottom to help prevent this (they help a little) and also some have little suction cups on the edges to help too.
Hang two curtains from the rings, one that goes inside the tub, one that goes outside it. Go ahead, try it, then come back and say thanks. Stuart.
Get a shower with a real metal/glass door. Either that or add weight to the bottom of the curtains, fishing weight anchors are usually pretty good...Just make sure you do put the hooks in too...=)
Thanks for the help guys! I thought it was the demons I left in the toilet coming back to get me. lol, just kidding. I'll try the weights for now and see if it bothers me again.
dont use weights, use magnets, if you have an older tub or house your tub may have metal sides or metal behind it. the the curtain really sticks. Or just do the 2 curtain thing, its way easier.
thats the issue hes to fat to fit in the tub himself yet alone having a girl in their with him.. suggestion.... stop humping the curtain... it may be wet but it dont mena you gots to rub yourself on it:laugh:
