Okay, so a good friend of mine bought me one of those Bulldog automatic car starter with keyless entry for my car as a gift a couple years back, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any place where I can get this thing installed or if anyone in here knows how to or can install this thing? And yes you will be paid to do so.
Throw it away! I've seen the bulldog ones start smoking shortly after the install was complete. If you looking for a quality product I'd look into Viper or Compustar. Have been a car audio installer myself I know what worked well at our shop and what didn't, and the Bulldog brand was one we wouldn't even install.
Well then, in that case. Does anyone know how to get the factory keyless system / alarm to work? I still have the factory system on. But I was told that it's not gonna work yet until I do something to it, all I remember what was said to me was close the doors a few times and then press the buttons on the factory remote and something else that I can't recall anymore. Does this ring a bell to anyone?
