    Is there a good website to get the avatar pics from? I have been looking but all the cool ones I have found are to big. If there is not a goo place to look does anyone know how to resize them? even the motion pics?

    We made the size limit small to avoid ones with motion, because frankly, they are annoying to look at it.

    Otherwise I can resize any picture you want w/out a problem.

    resizing is easy, save it to your computer, edit it with MSPaint, then click the pull down menu "image" then 'stretch/skew' then type in a percentage, try a few different numbers until you get it the size you want it, than save, and upload!
