Can you tell by the title that AVO completely f'd up my order for a 2010 LGT? Never buying another one of their products again, certainly never purchasing anything from them directly again whether it's their product or not. Anyway, both items are spanking brand new since there's on way in hell they'll fit on my car. Note the RSB mounts also fit Outbacks and the endlinks also fit the Forester of the same years. I'll move on that if you somehow manage to have a need for both of them, which is unlikely since they WON'T EVEN FIT ON THE SAME GOD DAMN CAR. Jerks.
That's a pretty awesome sack of dumb right there man, I can't believe they managed to ham up an order like that. You would either have to try to mess it up that bad, or just be straight up special.
I bought them last summer and waited almost 3 months to install them (been sitting on them since). Since I trusted AVO to have some idea about what they were selling, I took their word for it that everything would bolt up to a 10 LGT after being directly questioned about fitment and advised that the 10 LGT was a completely new revision. I didn't find out that wasn't the case until I tried to install. Sent a couple emails asking for a resolution and got nothing in reply. At this point I'm so disgusted with them that I don't want to even bother pursuing any further contact with them. It's not worth my time/frustration. End lesson: Never trust anything a vendor tells you. Ever. Even if they're selling you their own product. I wouldn't count on it. The fitments listed on the site are for the impreza platform. Take a peek at your endlinks and see if they are rotated 90 degrees or not. You'll be able to tell right away comparing what you have to what's in the picture on the AVO site. The mounts should fit though.
Me too. AVO makes some great stuff. It's unfortunate that I can't support them in the future based on ethics.
I don't know what shipping is like on those. They're beefy. However, my wife is heading up there in early June. I could send them up with her if you can wait that long?
