Well brad drove the McLaren to first place in it's group and the Corvette to a second and it was brought alone for it's first shake down run. Guess it was built pretty good. Sorry for the picture size, took them with my cheap camera. Our cars ran back to back so it was a busy day on Sunday. The Audi R8 rolled in later in the day on Sunday. They didnt run it. lol
Those Can Am cars are incredible machines. Thank you for the new desktop! What's the story on that Corvette? Did that get converted into a race car or was it a factory car?
Well Remeber I said my neighbor builds roll cages and other things. He built that chassic and the body all comes off with EZscrews. Here are a few other cars that were in our group #66 is an Echidna - one of three built in minnesota #17 is a Devon #21 is a BoCar
And The best for last... I'd drive the vette but I dont think I'd drive the McLaren. They run the water from the motor up to the front of the car thru the frame rails. So after 30 sum years what do you think the inside of those rails look like? We filled her up with a couple bottles of wetter water and plain old tap water. Like the look on my face? I was stuck in the car and it was loud. lol
