Creative Financing there!?! a couple can't afford that...hmmmm :roll: - Left Cell phone and Camera in CA. My dad is sending it to me, I should get it in 3 days...So guys please leave me a voicemail and I'll call ya back in 3 days or so... - Still can't speak Chinese, but food is CHEAP! $2 can get the job done...Dunno what I'm eating but it is good and fills me up...lol
Oh...did I mention I went to GOOGLEPLEX! My cousin works there and it is just like a college campus except almost everything there is FREE! Some of the best quality foods, upscale, 5 star restaurants there...and did I mention its FREE! DRINKS, SNacks, desserts *droll* Ribeyes, NY, Golf ball size scallops, Prawns (were talk'in U-10's, seafood guys u know what I mean), wish I can work for them...40+ buildings and they are still expanding! Free stuff: Food, Laundry, Health Club equipments, Drinks and snacks at every corner, outdoor concert, MORE FOOD, Free use of bikes, electric riders, ping pong, arcades, endless swimming pools, doctor check-ups and prescriptions, etc... Deductables: $5 massages (30mins), $10 car washes (hand wash and wax while your at work they go to your parking spot), $5 HairCuts/groom, etc...
Should've gone to the Cambodian restaurant out in Long Beach ;-) Weird though...I never tried flip. food before...barely saw any flip restaurant...what part of cali were you in?
I know what you mean about the housing and the food. I lived in CA (Del Mar) for a few years. "Bought" a condo and ate fresh catch as often as possible. Now I lease the condo to a family and hope to retire off the (eventual) sale of it. Now i eat bland food, 'cause I can't take the "amazing race" to the toilet chance any more
You must be looking out in daly city or something. My sister can't find a 1-2 bedroom in the city that she likes for under 700k! That's crazy compared to all the options I'm looking at around St Paul (1500-2000 sqft 2 garage for 250-300). Anyway good to have you back and glad you haven't realized what parts we stole yet lol Ill let nathan handle this one lol
