Bacon Cook Off

So it seems to me there is an obsession with bacon on here. Would anyone be down for a bacon cook off? It could be a pot luck style, were people bring a dish (with bacon in it) and then everyone gets to taste and vote for a favorite?

Just an idea.

 

I love bacon. I have over 5 lbs in my fridge.

 

Dr. Bacon approves of this idea.

 

Where and when?

 

State Fair had a whole social networking breakfast around the 'bacon' idea.

I suck at cooking bacon, well, its usually not the prettiest, but sure tastes good. i'm in depending when and where.

I would love to be present for any bacon events. Sadly, I would not be able to prepare anything better than regular bacon.

2) whens a good time for people? (Weekends, evenings, etc)
