sooo i am getting about 17-20. i don't bass it all the time but I'm not saying i don't. could a new tune help? i fill up almost twice a week right now and am not happy about that. any suggestions as too why or things that may help?
What gas do you buy? Example 93 from BP or 89 from holiday. Are you warming up your car? Mods and car? Take into consideration the winter gas mix? What were you getting before? Give us a better picture.
What year is the car, how many miles? Perhaps an O2 sensor is on the way out, or try a different fuel station. You don't "bass it"?
That's all my 2002 wrx with 94000 all stock gets on average. And i bass mine anytime i can. I use mainly kwik trip or holiday. Usually i see about 255+- miles on a tank. Should i realy be disappointed? Looking at the car and driver reports that is where itis supposed to be?
I get just shy of 300 to the tank. I don't run my defroster though. That runs the ac compressor and will drop mileage as well. I let my car warm up to operating temp every start and still get 22-25. Oh and I don't bass it. I am assuming he is refering to putting a drain on his car through some hotlanta music....lmao
bielke, I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about shoes https://bassshoes.harborghb.com/ Or maybe slappin da bass
slapping he bass biiiiiiiiiiiig time. stupid lion spellheck i meant bass it its about 17-18 now and in the summer its was only 19-20 seems kinda low imo. 2004 wry 2.0 123000 bp 93 warm it up for a few minutes i get about 210 when the light hits
When was the last time you cleaned your MAFS... I was having issues with gas mileage and rough idle... cleaned mine and +3 to 4 MPG(thanks Eric). Most people on NASIOC clean theirs every oil change to once a month.
i get bad gas mileage too... like 16 mpg. w/semi built 4eat w/2500 stall converter. idk if that means anything.
I'm kinda drunk right now, and reading all of this is hilarious. Not making much sense OP, but in all seriousness I drive a Stage 2 STi and my gas mileage blows. Right around where you are saying and my MAFS is clean. That damn peddle on the right just gets pushed down too far and my gas gauge plummets.
I check mine every oil change and I check my air filter. It takes a minute to clean. Then I really bass the hell out of my car.
My '05 LGT is stage 3-ish, and with the 91 octane tune I can see 24 mpg if I keep my lead foot out of it.
DAMN LION SPELLCHECK!!! i meant gas it. i don't gas it to heavily too often. maybe i should proof read. though i do like the replies to my retardedness(i learned. spellcheck tried to "correct" this to retiredness, whatever that is) ill check my mafs.
Thanks for bumping this... I still chuckle while reading this... I'm off at 3 Saturday and hope to get off early Sunday for the burger run... Text you Saturday
This at the tail end here but I have noticed a more significant drop gas mileage this year over last. It was like a one tank difference! The oil companies change to a winter blend gasoline that probably increases the ethanol. Ethanol has a lower BTU content than gasoline. They hope to reduce gas line freezing. This winter no chance of that. Diesel fuel also has a winter blend but for different reasons.
This is a daily driver. 26 mile commute at freeway speeds. Typically cruise at 70 to 75 mph. So pretty sane driving. See my other post THE TRUTH ABOUT WINTER GAS. Does not matter if you BASS it or not winter gas means lower gas mileage.
