05 LGT aftermarket up/down, bcs, 120k and all maintenance up to date. No current symptoms of any issue. I was thinking about pulling the banjo bolt and removing the oil screen within. Is is advised to replace the two copper washers with new or can they be re-used? Thank you -Rick

They cost basically nothing from the dealer, replace them. To get the banjo on the driver side you need to remove the timing and you don't want to have to do that twice if they leak.

I never felt any overwhelming need to do this since I was the original owner and knew the oil change intervals and quality of the oil and filters I was using.

To do the driver side one you need to pull the timing BELT, sorry. But yes you should always replace crush washers.
