Saw this on the DIY channel last night and noticed it's powered by Subaru. http://www.drpower.com/prdSell.aspx?Name=rapidfire-splitter-gas look under features.
Man that log splitter probably sounds amazing like this one time I had a small block chevy-powered log splitter and it was really boring because it sounded like every other small block chevy log splitter, so I traded it in to some bro who was all into log splitter racing (I'm too mature for that), but then I was the only one on my block with a subaru log splitter boy did it turn heads, and all the kids on the block were jealous as they split their logs with inferior American technology - heh
You can get pressure washers at Home Depot that are powered by Subaru Robin engines. You can also simply buy a Subaru Robin engine. Make a go-kart out of it or something.
Why AWD a go-kart? I mean, I guess if you just want a project. But they don't really lend themselves to low end torque. And a RWD kart on snow is good times and plenty controllable.
