before and after (winter project)

well heres my before and after shots of my rims i painted this winter...

 

Nice work! They look really good.

Although my personal preference would be to keep the silver / gunmetal wheels with that shade of blue... :hsugh:

i agree. the whole gold wheels thing doesn't do much for me, but that's a nice job and a good result.

I like the gold. Winter wheels deserve to have some flare. You have to make your scooby stick out in the snow.

I am normally not a big fan of the chrome lip, but in this case I like it.

i appreciate the comments and feedback....

for the longest time i didn't really care for the gold rims... but i found a very sexy jdm sti pic with some gold rims that for some reason looked insanely cool i thought, and that is really what did it. well that and the fact i was kinda getting sick of the gunmetal
