My parking lights are permanently on, and I wish they weren't. Today, I changed oil, plugs, and coolant. How does that affect my parking lights? For the moment, I'll have to keep my dang batter unplugged...Any suggestions?
lol its the switch on top of your steering column, you probably bumped it when you reset your trip or somthing
I think I need a new battery, not because the parking lights, but I have needed a jump twice, and it's died at the drive in, what do you guys think? New battery time?
Probably, your car is old enough that it may need it. Minnesota weather is hell on batteries. I'll price one out for you in the morning.
I am on my third batter although it doesn't help that my alarm is a constant drain on it and then I got all my other extra electronic goodies as well
I needed a new battery in my 2005 last year with only 14,000 on the car...stock batterys are junk imo
I'm on my third battery too in my 02. Stock one got taken out before the second winter, it wasn't dead, but it was so weak even when new that I didn't want to go through another winter with it. I do have 420W of additinal lighting over stock though :eek3:
i have a stock subaru battery i got from a 2004 forester in 2003, it was dead and i brought it back to life, its been great
I may have replaced one battery on my old 2.5RS but other than that none of my other 2 subarus has never had one go bad.
