I have a Bosal single tip on my XT. Tell your buddy to come to the firestone and listen to the members' cars as they drove in or rev. This way he can listen to it in person and won't make a mistake on his exhaust purchase.

The best I have heard personally is the borla hush twin tip. I have cobb on my RS and it also sounds awesome. I think its a toss up between the two. Both are very deep sounding.

ask nathan! i have a bosal twin tip little louder than kickin 81's. It is just the catback for now! very very deep i love it, perfect boxer sound. plan on adding the helix or erz downpipe!

I have a prodrive catback and it sounds really good. Not too loud. Just deep and lumpy.

Looks like about 10 people responded with 8 or so different answers...pretty typical for a questions like this....

I'll throw in my two cents....Greddy Evo II. Good boxer rumble....doesn't resonate on my wagon.....not too obnoxious.....but just obnoxious enough. :D

Scoobysport, fantastic sound that's not too loud and obnoxious. If you want loud, then finish the scoobysport with an STI Genome. You will sound like a WRC car

is the STi Genome made by STi (ie would you buy it at the dealership?) does anyone know where you can get subie sport in the USA?

Made by the same company; Sakamoto that makes STI and STI Genome Japan. Same thing except for the tip does not have STI Genome stamped on it. Not sure why they have it different. Subie sport? You mean Scoobysport? If so, rally performance should still be importing them.
