Not sure if this got posted here or not, search wasn't working. This is a feature length documentary on Subaru culture that was released this past June.
Jebus. Do I dare devote that much time to something that will inevitably be filled with f**kbois and stancetards?
It's actually not. It's basically segments of different types of Subaru owners. From a 22b owners club in Japan, to a bike shop owner that basically now lives out of his Subaru, to a normal older guy that says it's the best car he's ever owned, to the story of a guy that tried Dirtfish... to name a few. It's actually not too bad. TBH boring at parts but definitely not a "scene" or "car show" doc.
Not that type of documentary Navar-ski. Just covers the eclectic and vast community of Subaru enthusiasts from young to old. I enjoyed it!
ahahahaha hahaha haha ahh I've been on this forum for 11 years. You want subaru "culture?" Talk to me. Edit: I am an ass when I'm sick. Carry on
My takeaway is definitely finding out when that annual 22B owners club meetup is and I'm crashing it. Plan going back to Japan anyways and know for sure any one of those guys would be up for letting me ride a long. Hell maybe even drive one.
That's just a diversion, the real disappointment is after the insane amount of money for the build, it still makes the same HP as a cheap Honda build.
